What do you do at HCA?
I'm an Insights Executive at iCrossing – the data-driven branch of HCA. I leverage our range of world-leading consumer intelligence tools and analyse search, social and audience data to spot unique opportunities in the market at hand. These learnings are then harnessed and utilised in content ideation, campaigns and wider strategies for clients.
What is the best thing about working at HCA?
I've always been fascinated by people, and why we behave the way we do. After completing my psychology degree I joined iCrossing, keen to see how consumer behaviour and marketing collide. I get a real kick out identifying nitty gritty insights into what consumers truly want, and seeing these insights embedded in marketing efforts down the line. I also really love working with my small but mighty team of powerhouse women!
Tell us something people may not know about you.
I love walking. I've walked the West Highland Way and the South Downs Way, both 100 miles. I also have an unhealthy obsession with golden retrievers.
